        ​​​UPDATE March 9, 2021:  

        MDH has rescinded the previous MDH Orders regarding Swimming Pools, see:
        Directive and Order Regulating Certain Businesses and Facilities & General Directives Concerning Limiting the Spread of COVID-19 (MDH No. 2021-03-09-01)

        Public swimming pools and spas are directed to follow applicable federal guidance from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and, best practice recommendations from the relevant national pool organizations. 

        Please also review the Governor's Order for updated occupancy limits for each facility type and current requirements for face coverings:
