5/1/2020 - ImmuNet enrollment

A Clinician Letter was sent out to remind all Maryland providers to enroll in and report to ImmuNet if they are interested to order and administer COVID-19 vaccine when it is available. Click here for a copy of the Clinician Letter.

3/16/2020 - VFC Providers about ImmuNet Help Desk during COVID-19

​On March 12, 2020, Governor Larry Hogan mandated that state employees telework in response to the evolving COVID-19 situation. We wanted to update you on how this will affect the VFC Program.

  1. The ImmuNet Help Desk will remain active so continue to use the Help Desk to communicate with the ImmuNet program with any issues. Please call or email in lieu of fax/mail. If Protected Health Information (PHI) is involved, please ask the Help Desk to email you a secure email for you to share the PHI.

  2. Vaccine orders will continue to be processed in ImmuNet as normal.  Please continue to submit your inventories/orders through ImmuNet.
