1/6/2020 - For Providers: COVID-19 Vaccine Registration Update

While MDH continues to review/approve registrations for Phase 1, other providers may also register. Even though your registration may get approved, vaccine ordering will not be opened until a later time when vaccines are more widely available. If you are seeking COVID vaccine for yourself or staff please contact your local health department or visit this Maryland COVID-19 website to find a vaccination clinic.

Please review the registration guide (HERE) to collect the information needed to register. Only one staff from each practice is needed to do the quick screen and sign in to ImmuNet to complete the profile registration. Providers waiting to get ImmuNet access are in a queue; thank you for your patience as we work towards your place in the queue.

Pharmacies participating in the Federal Pharmacy Partnership Program do not need to register in ImmuNet but still need to report administered doses to ImmuNet. See here for more information.

10/30/2020 - For Providers: Phase 1 COVID-19 Vaccine Registration

ImmuNet has been having a few technical issues of late, most which has been resolved. The most recent issue on 10/19/2020 was due to an outage of DNS servers at register.com, where ImmuNet currently has its domain name. Although the issue is now resolved, MDH is taking steps to obtain additional DNS servers to avoid a repetition of the issue should register.com have future outages. Thank you for your patience as we continue to resolve ImmuNet technical issues.

3/16/2020 - For VFC Providers about ImmuNet Help Desk during COVID-19 Response

On March 12, 2020, Governor Larry Hogan mandated that state employees telework in response to the evolving COVID-19 situation. We wanted to update you on how this will affect the VFC Program.

  1. The ImmuNet Help Desk will remain active so continue to use the Help Desk to communicate with the ImmuNet program with any issues. Please call or email in lieu of fax/mail. If Protected Health Information (PHI) is involved, please ask the Help Desk to email you a secure email for you to share the PHI.

  2. Vaccine orders will continue to be processed in ImmuNet as normal.  Please continue to submit your inventories/orders through ImmuNet.

As this COVID-19 situation continues to evolve, please monitor this announcement for updates.
