ImmuNet - Maryland's Immunization Information System
ImmuNet, Maryland's Immunization Information System (IIS), is a secure web-based registry operated by the Center for Immunization at the Maryland Department of Health (MDH). State law requires that ImmuNet information be kept confidential and be HIPAA and FERPA compliant. Only you, your doctor, or healthcare workers (who can assist you) have access to the information.
ImmuNet users must be authorized to have access to data stored in ImmuNet. Users must sign an agreement and follow strict confidentiality and security policies. Protection of ImmuNet data is managed through state privacy, confidentiality, and security laws and through compliance with federal privacy rules and regulations.
If you do not wish to have your or your child(ren) in ImmuNet, please see the Opt-Out section below to “opt-out” of ImmuNet.

Get Your Vaccination Record with MyIR
Clients can now access their individual and/or child's ImmuNet records directly through MyIR, which stands for "My Immunization Record". MyIR is a portal that allows you to access your or your child's official vaccination records online. Just like ImmuNet, the portal is confidential, secure, and HIPAA compliant.
To access your or your child's official vaccination record, visit the portal and register today by clicking the button below:

If you have trouble registering and/or are not able to access your records through MyIR, it may be due to one or more of these reasons:
If you believe the vaccination records you received from MyIR/ImmuNet is incorrect, please contact your healthcare provider to update the vaccination information.
COVID-19 Vaccination Record
If you do not find your COVID-19 records in MyIR, or if you need those records corrected/updated, below are steps you can take to get them added/corrected:
Ask the site where you were vaccinated to add or correct, and report your updated record to ImmuNet.
If the site is now closed (e.g. some mass vax sites), try the site sponsor (e.g. local health department).
You can also ask your healthcare provider to add/correct and send your updated record to ImmuNet.
Please DO NOT send your records or any protected health information to the ImmuNet Help Desk email as you risk exposing your sensitive information.
If you do not wish to share your or your child's vaccination record with providers in ImmuNet, you must complete an Opt-Out form here.
If you change your mind and wish to allow your/your child’s records made available to your/your child’s provider(s) again, you must complete a Rescind Opt-Out form here.
Note: If you complete a hard copy of any form, please mail or fax the completed form. Do not email the completed form as it places you at risk for exposing your sensitive information. Emailed forms will not be accepted unless you are able to use a secure email service.
