Quaker Oats Company Recall

Nutramigen Infant Formula Recall

On December 30, 2023, Reckitt/Mead Johnson Nutrition announced a volunta​ry recall of select batches of 12.6 and 19.8 oz. cans of Nutramigen powder infant formula. To date, no illnesses have been reported in connection with this recall, and it is likely most of the product that was distributed in the U.S. has already been consumed.

​Continuing Operations if There is a Federal Government Shutdown​

In the event of a government shutdown, Maryland WIC operations will still continue. Clinics will remain open, benefits will be issued, and participants will still be able to redeem their benefits for healthy foods at the store. The letter must contain the complainant’s name, address, telephone number, and a written description of the alleged discriminatory action in sufficient detail to inform the Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights (ASCR) about the nature and date of an alleged civil rights violation. The completed AD-3027 form or letter must be submitted to USDA by:
